A native of Germany, he came to this country at the age of 8. He married Dollie Frahm in Davenport, in July, 1910. He established the Iowa Silver Plating Works, one of the largest of its kind west of Chicago, in Davenport. He was a member of Daven KROEGER QaMik porl, and nai B'rith. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs.

MRS. GEORGE RIX Mrs. George W. Rix, 80, a resident of Davenport 45 years, died Sunday in the Davenport Convalescent Hospital. She had formerly lived at 1031 Brady St.

Born in Lancaster County, Missouri, Sept. 13, 1875, he married p.m. today. He was born in Winchester, 111. He married Elizabeth Schmidt Nov.
